You can also schedule with Tenant Turner by calling 719-259-0207. By using self-access viewings on tenant turner, you can tour the home independently at your earliest convenience. 

If you would prefer an accompanied tour, feel free to email us at info@waymakerassets.com to schedule a viewing. Please note that accompanied tours take longer to schedule—responses to these requests will only be addressed during business hours (M-F 8-4) and may take up to one business day to reply.

Select the property you want to apply for and follow the steps to create an account and submit your application.

The move in cost for a property depend on the property itself, but will all include the same central charges:

1. The move in deposit (equal to one month's rent)
2. Your prorated rent for your first month
3. Your pet deposit per pet (if applicable)
4. Your prorated pet rent per pet (if applicable)

 You can use any professional carpet cleaning service. They are required to be a truck mounted professional carpet cleaning service. Do not use a rentable rug doctor or consumer purchased carpet cleaner machines. If you ever had pets in the home, please also request an enzyme treatment for the carpets. Whichever carpet cleaner you choose, please send us a copy of the receipt of service once they have completed the work for our records and verification.  

Please wait until after all of your belongings have been removed from the property to have them come clean. Do not schedule for them to complete the service while your belongings are still in the property.
