How can I make a one-time payment online?

Log into your tenant portal (link)
Navigate to the "Home" page of your tenant portal
To the right of "Your current balance is," you will see two options to make a payment "Make a payment" and "Set up autopay"
To make a one-time payment, you will select "Make a payment"
Indicate the amount you would like to pay by selecting "Other amount"
You can pay via credit card or bank account (we recommend using a bank account to make a payment to avoid the 2.99% processing fee)
Once you complete the relevant fields, you can select the date you would like for the one-time payment to be made and hit Next
After indicating your receipt preferences, you select submit

How do I submit a work order?

Navigate to the login page for work orders (link)
Log into your Property Meld account
Choose "New Meld"
Complete the required fields to the best of your ability and hit submit
Your new work order should now populate in your Property Meld dashboard
You can select this open work order to make edits to your comments, add photos and videos, and message vendors or managers
