You can generate lots of helpful reports about your property through your owner portal. The steps to access this are listed below:

1. Login to your owner portal by clicking the link here
2. Your username will be your email. If you would like to reset your password, please email us at info@waymakerassets.com, and we will send you a link to reset your credentials
3. Once logged in, navigate to the "Reports" tab 
4. From here, all the reports you can generate are listed. The most commonly helpful ones are "Income statement" and "Income statement detailed "
5. Indicate the property (if applicable) and the date range
6. Select the green button labeled "Run report"
7. You can then save the report as your preferred file by clicking the grey button that looks like a printer at the top right-hand side of the report, or email a copy to yourself or others by selecting the grey button that looks like an envelope also at the top right-hand side of the report

You can complete an owner contribution for your property at any time through your owner portal. The steps to access this are listed below:

1. Login to your owner portal by clicking the link here
2. Your username will be your email. If you would like to reset your password, please email us at info@waymakerassets.com, and we will send you a link to reset your credentials
3. At the top right-hand side of your screen, you should see a button that says "send funds"
4. Selecting "send funds" will take you to a page to input payment method and amount
5. We recommend paying via EFT (using your account and routing number) to avoid the processing fee (2.99% of the transaction) charged by the bank for card transactions
6. Fill in the fields accordingly and indicate the amount
7. Submit payment
